Langaliki was an early member of Kaltjiti Arts and Crafts where she worked spinning wool, fabric dying and weaving. She started painting at Kaltjiti in 2002. In 2009, Langaliki moved back to Ernabella for health reasons and painted at Ernabella Arts Centre every day, and once again became an important part of this art centre. In 2014 and 2015 her paintings were featured on Specsavers brand frames to raise funds for the Fred Hollows Foundation. She passed away earlier this year.

Kunmanara (Langaliki) Langaliki was born out bush, in country west of Fregon in 1946. When Ernabella Mission was established, she came here with her family while still a young girl. Langaliki attended the mission school and began training at the Ernabella Craft Room, when women were making rugs from the wool produced by the Mission's herd. When Langaliki married she moved to Fregon and had one daughter.
